Billing and invoicing platform for a physiotherapy practice: GST invoices, session records and revenue analytics.
Sessions were tracked on paper and invoices were typed from scratch, so GST records were inconsistent and month-end totals never matched.
A secure web app with patient profiles, session-wise billing, GST-compliant invoice PDFs, digital signature and dashboards for monthly revenue.
The paper ledger decided the data model. Patient profiles come first, then sessions attached to them, so an invoice is generated from recorded treatment rather than retyped from memory. GST slabs, the clinic's signature and their letterhead are baked into the PDF template. Roles separate reception, treating physio and owner, so staff share one system with different rights, and every number on the dashboard is a saved query instead of month-end arithmetic.

Invoicing went from an evening of typing to roughly a minute per patient, and month-end totals reconcile on the first pass. When someone asks about a session from six months ago the record is searchable instead of physical. The practice can add a staff member without handing out spreadsheets, and daily backups mean the ledger can no longer be lost to one bad month.
